I'm Dr. Maryam Nouhi, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist providing personalized psychiatry services for adults throughout Palm Beach County and Broward County. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and understood.

About Dr Maryam Nouhi
I am Dr. Maryam Nouhi, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and founder of Valor Mental Health LLC, providing compassionate psychiatric care to adults in Palm Beach County, Broward County, and throughout Southeast Florida. With over 10 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, I provide personalized psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges.
I believe that effective mental health care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, understanding, and collaboration. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment plan.
I earned my medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 and completed my Psychiatry Residency at Largo Medical Center in 2018. I have also served as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where I enjoyed teaching future physicians about psychiatry.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, hiking, photography, reading, spending time with my family, and practicing yoga. These interests remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and overall wellness.
