Psychiatrist That Takes Cigna in Delray Beach & Boca Raton

Valor Mental Health is in network with Cigna and Evernorth for psychiatric evaluation and medication management. We verify your specific benefits before your first appointment, so you know what the visit costs before you commit to it.

Cigna or Evernorth — which is on my card?

Both, often. Cigna administers behavioral health benefits through Evernorth, so your medical card may say Cigna while your mental health coverage is handled by Evernorth. We are in network with both, and you do not need to work out which applies before you call — we check it for you.

What's covered under Cigna

As an in-network provider, these services are billed directly to Cigna or Evernorth:

  • Initial psychiatric evaluation — 45 minutes
  • Medication management and follow-up visits
  • Treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and insomnia
  • Telehealth appointments anywhere in Florida

What you'll actually pay depends on your specific Cigna plan. Copays, deductibles, and prior-authorization requirements vary from policy to policy, even within the same insurer. Call us and we'll verify your benefits and tell you your cost before you schedule — not after your first visit.

If you'd rather not use insurance

Some patients prefer to pay directly — for privacy, or to avoid a diagnosis going into their insurance record. Our self-pay rates are published:

Cigna and Evernorth are named here for identification purposes only. Being in network does not guarantee coverage for every service — benefits, deductibles, copays and prior-authorization requirements are determined by your individual policy, and any amount your plan does not cover remains your responsibility.
